Today, the Institute for Liberty continued to defend small business owners from the ever-increasing numbers of mandates that are coming from the federal executive branch.   EPA has proposed yet another scheme that will over-burden small businesses at a time when they can ill-afford more regulatory costs.  The comments, authored by IFL Senior Fellow Tom Sullivan, make it clear that EPA needs to do more to work with the concerns of small business before expanding its regulatory reach.
